Sweet 23 in Melaka

For many, being away from his family and loved ones in such an important day as a birthday could be something sad. However, when you’re with a group of extraordinary people as which I have been fortunate to be with, the distance becomes much more bearable.

For my 23rd birthday I was lucky to be accompanied by the best possible group of friends on this side of the globe. And as always happens when you’re surrounded by good people, the equation is fulfilled perfectly: Birthday Party + great friends = Awesome Time.

We stayed one night in a beautiful villa in A’Famosa Resort in Melaka. The house was fully equipped with all kinds of luxuries like swimming pool, large garden, flat screen TV and a powerful stereo that would delight any music lover.

From the first moment that we headed to Melaka from Kuala Lumpur was all fun. Divided into three cars, the 15 friends were about to start our own unique getaway. Anyone who tells you that such a diverse group like ours (two Spaniards, an Egyptian, an Uzbek, a Korean, a Malaysian and 9 Iranians) could be so good, does not believe it. However, all was fun and perfect.
